These terms exclusively govern sales through the Colagea website. They apply to consumers with full legal capacity and cover all orders placed on the site.
Colagea is not the manufacturer of the goods sold. Product characteristics (photos, descriptions...) are based on supplier information. Nevertheless, Colagea ensures quality and compliance with current manufacturing standards.

Section 1 – Steps to Conclude an Online Contract
Order

Make your selections by browsing our website. Your items are added to the cart when you click "Add to cart." At any time, you can finalize your order by clicking "Checkout."
Contract Validation
By clicking "Checkout," a confirmation message appears summarizing the selected items and options. On this page, you can update your cart or proceed by checking: "I accept the GTC" and "Secure Payment."
Verify the order form details, particularly those necessary for delivery (shipping address, access codes, phone numbers...). You may save your information by checking "Save my details for next time." (See our Privacy Policy here [LINK to Privacy Policy])
Click "Continue to shipping method," then "Continue to payment method," and finally "Place my order."
After secure payment (see “Payment”), a confirmation message will appear and an email will follow shortly.
In case of product availability risk, we reserve the right to refuse bulk orders (over 100 units).
Technical Means to Identify and Correct Errors

Section 2 – Archiving and Access to the Contract
We archive contracts, order forms, and invoices on a reliable, durable medium. You may access them for orders over 120 EUR.
Section 3 – Legal and Contractual Guarantees
Legal Guarantees
As per applicable law (see Annex 1), we will refund, repair, or replace any defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Return shipping is also refunded upon receipt of evidence (photo, video, etc.).
Liability
We strive to provide quality service and fulfill these terms. However, we are not liable for force majeure, third-party acts, or non-compliance with foreign laws for deliveries outside Switzerland.
Section 4 – Delivery Times, Costs, and Terms
Delivery Terms
Products will be delivered to the address on your order form.
Delivery Time
We aim to deliver by the date indicated in your order confirmation (17–21 business days). In case of delay, you’ll be notified via email. If an item is unavailable, we’ll offer a similar product.

Costs vary by product.

Section 5 – Price
Prices are shown in CHF, VAT included. Ensure products are legal to import/use in the destination country.
Section 6 – Payment Terms and Security
We only charge your card when the order ships. You may cancel at any time before shipment. You’ll receive a confirmation email once the order is dispatched.
In some cases, payment may be captured upon checkout.

Payments are processed securely via STRIPE and do not pass through our website.
Security
Our payment system uses SSL encryption. We do not store credit card data.
Section 7 – Right of Withdrawal
You have 14 days after receiving your order to withdraw without justification. Refunds will be issued within 30 days. Return shipping is at your expense.
Exceptions: Custom items and unsealed digital/audio content.
Section 8 – Contract Duration and Price Validity
Products remain Colagea’s property until full payment is received via PayPal or Stripe. Offers are valid as long as they appear online and while stock lasts.
Section 9 – Governing Law / Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Swiss law. In case of disputes, Swiss courts have exclusive jurisdiction.

Section 11 – Personal Data
We collect personal data for order processing and customer service. In accordance with the Data Protection Act, you may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by contacting Customer Service. (See "Privacy Policy")
Section 12 – Supplier & Store Owner Agreement
a. Each of the supplier and the store owner is a “party”; jointly, they are “parties.” b. The supplier manufactures and provides various products. c. The store owner operates websites that enable browsing, purchasing, and payment. d. The parties agree to a dropshipping model: the store owner transfers orders to the supplier, who ships directly to the customer. e. The store owner acts as intermediary, processes payment, and does not handle goods directly. f. The store owner also handles returns and support on behalf of the end customer.
