ORDER STATUS
How can I check the status of my order?
Colagea makes it easy to track your order. Simply enter your tracking number.
Once you’ve received it in your shipping confirmation email, head to our [ORDER TRACKING PAGE LINK] and click “Track.”
It’s that simple — you’ll instantly see where your package is and what delivery stage it’s at.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
You may return new, unused, and unopened items within 15 days of delivery.

For any product valued over 75 CHF, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
All returned items must be in the same condition as received and in their original packaging.
Please keep your receipt. When placing your order, make sure to select the correct size, color, etc., to avoid returns due to product selection errors.
General Conditions:
We encourage customers to read our return policy carefully and ensure all items are eligible before requesting a return.

Store credit is only issued for items purchased with a 25% discount or more off the regular retail price.

Refunds or store credits are processed within 15 days of receiving your return at our return address.

You have 15 days from the delivery date to return your item(s) for a refund or credit.

Returns made after this window will be rejected.

Full-priced items are refunded to the original payment method.

Exchanges are only processed as store credit, and only for eligible items.

Return labels are not provided and shipping fees are non-refundable.

Items must be in new, unused condition and in original packaging to qualify for a refund.

Items returned that do not qualify will be either discarded or returned at your expense.

Items purchased with gift cards or store credit cannot be returned.

Purchased gift cards and store credits issued by Inspire Uplift cannot be exchanged or refunded.

All shipping charges and applicable taxes are non-refundable.

Cancellations are only accepted for full-priced items within 60 minutes of placing the order.

In case of miscommunication or ambiguity, the general terms of this return policy shall prevail.

WHAT IF I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY ORDER AFTER 10–15 BUSINESS DAYS?
Don’t worry — occasional delays may occur due to upcoming or ongoing holidays, which are non-working days for postal and courier services.
Additionally, your country’s customs clearance may take longer than expected.
